Some thoughts on drawing

The word that I hear most, when it comes to my work, is ‘lively’. That’s fine by me – the thing I dislike most is ‘dead’ drawings: populated with expressionless, stilted, wooden or generic characters. These bespoke dog drawings raised over £500 for Dogs Trust!

I finished the artwork for this book back in July 2020 – with the bulk of the work done during the UK’s first Covid lockdown.
